Return Policies

All sales from The Styling Reserve are final, with the exception of exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 15 days of delivery of your order to exchange it. In order to be eligible to exchange your item, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging intact. 

When returning your item for an exchange, please include your original invoice and return shipment tracking details so that we can properly track your return order. If your item is not in its original condition and original packaging, it will not be eligible for an exchange. If we do not receive your original item within two weeks of initiating the return, it will no longer be eligible for an exchange. We will not ship any exchange order until we have received the original item in its unused condition with packaging intact.

You are responsible for any return shipping and additional shipping costs, since The Styling Reserve does not provide return shipping labels. The Styling Reserve is also not responsible for any lost items or items damaged in transit due to courier error. If your order is lost or damaged, please file a claim with the shipping courier.
