Order Processing & Shipping

When will I receive my order?

All orders from The Styling Reserve are processed on weekdays, Monday through Friday. In general, we begin processing your order within one business day of receipt. However, during high-volume periods such as holidays, sales, and launch dates, processing times may be delayed for standard shipping. Additionally, delivery of your shipment may vary depending on your location.

USPS Priority ShippingIf you need you order rushed, please contact if you need to upgrade shipping
USPS First Class ShippingWe will process your order within 1-2 business days, and you will receive your item in 3-5 business days (US) after shipment.

If you need your order sooner, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to ship your order to you more quickly. Please note, if your order has already been shipped, we are unable to upgrade shipping. 

The tracking information for my order does not show that it has shipped. Where is my order?

It’s common that USPS and other mail carriers do not immediately update tracking information. Sometimes, tracking will not be updated until the order has reached its destination city. If your tracking has still not updated after 72 hours of placing your order, please email us so we can resolve the issue.

My tracking information lists my order as delivered, but it’s not here! What can I do?

USPS and other mail carriers can sometimes make a mistake and list an order as delivered when it hasn’t been dropped off yet. The quickest way to track your item is to call your local USPS office to ask them to track the item for you. If your order has not arrived within a day or two, feel free to email us and we will open a USPS investigation. For your peace of mind, we normally hear back within 24-48 hours and the problem is almost always resolved. 

Do you ship internationally?

No, we are currently only shipping to the United States.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales from The Styling Reserve are final, with the exception of exchanges. Our products are often handmade, and we do our best to provide an accurate representation of each product, so please be sure to review the product photos and descriptions carefully before submitting your order.

Do you offer wholesale discounts?

We do not offer wholesale discounts, but we do provide discounts for bulk orders. Contact us if you would like to place a bulk order, and sign up for our email newsletter to receive periodic promotions and discounts.

How should I use my Styling Reserve styling kit?

The team behind The Styling Reserve has an extensive background in the wedding industry, and we curated our styling kits to help wedding photographers and designers add dimension to their flat lays and tell a unique story. We will periodically offer styling tips and ideas on our blog, so stay tuned for how-to’s and tricks to make outstanding and beautiful flat lays and detail shots. 

Does The Styling Reserve participate in editorial projects or partner with other businesses and publications in the industry?
