Refund policy

Please review The Styling Reserve Shop Policies before placing your order. 

Orders

Orders from The Styling Reserve will ship to you within 2-3 business days of your purchase. When you complete your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. The Styling Reserve uses USPS for order shipments. Please note any shipping preferences at the time of your purchase, and we will do our best to accommodate them. When your order is shipped, we will email you with the tracking information for your order.

The Styling Reserve is not responsible for shipments that are lost or damaged in transit. If your order is lost or damaged, you must file a claim with the courier. Customers are solely responsible for submitting billing and shipping addresses correctly, and orders that are placed with incorrect addresses will not be replaced, refunded, or re-routed by The Styling Reserve.

Returns and Exchanges

All sales from The Styling Reserve are final, with the exception of exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of delivery of your order to exchange it. In order to be eligible to exchange your item, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging intact. 

When returning your item for an exchange, please include your original invoice and return shipment tracking details so that we can properly track your return order. If your item is not in its original condition and original packaging, it will not be eligible for an exchange. If we do not receive your original item within two weeks of initiating the return, it will no longer be eligible for an exchange. We will not ship any exchange order until we have received the original item in its unused condition with packaging intact.

You are responsible for any return shipping and additional shipping costs, since The Styling Reserve does not provide return shipping labels. The Styling Reserve is also not responsible for any lost items or items damaged in transit due to courier error. If your order is lost or damaged, please file a claim with the shipping courier.

Gift Cards or Custom Orders

Custom orders, gift cards and sale items are non-refundable. Some items may be returned in their original condition with original packaging within 15 days of delivery for exchanges and store credit, only. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. If you wish to make a return, please email us with your order information within 10 days of receiving your order to begin processing your return or exchange. 

Damages or Defects

Items damaged in transit due to courier error cannot be returned under any circumstances. However, if an item was shipped defective, The Styling Reserve will correct it. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your order was shipped defective.

Cancellations

All items are subject to availability. The Styling Reserve reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled. If you wish to cancel your own order, you must submit your cancellation request within one (1) hour of your purchase. We cannot guarantee that cancellations made after one (1) hour will be accepted, and your order may still ship if you submit your cancellation later than one (1) hour after purchasing.

Sale Items

All sale items or items purchased with a promotional code or discount code are FINAL SALE (no returns or exchanges).
